I had my first ever facial with Michaella, which was a microneedling & biorepeel. From when I first arrived she greeted me with kindness and made me feel comfortable right from the jump, I had complimentary drinks and fruit and a little chat of what to expect and the process. I’ve had multiple compliments about my skin from family, friends and co workers, saying that “I am glowing” and they can really see a difference as I had some dark marks and scarring from previous acne. Since my appointment with Michaella I have barely had any breakouts and I can 100% say that I will be coming back for another appointment in the future. She checks up on you after your appointment and sends you a message before your appointment telling you what to avoid before your treatment which was really helpful, especially for people like me who have never had microneedling or biorepeel before
